〉 Supposing आणि if हे कधीही एकत्र येत नाहीत, कारण दोघांचा अर्थ सारखाच होतो जसे की-

  कधीही 'back' शब्द येत नाही. जसे

  कधीही येत नाही. जसे की

〉 Discuss सोबत about कधीही येत नाही.

〉 Reflexive Pronoun Sentence ने
  कोणतेही Sentence सुरू होत नाही.

〉 Every , each नंतर कितीही Noun आले
  तरीही ते singular verb घेते. जसे

  होतो .जसे -

〉 एखाद्या Noun / Pronoun नंतर comma येऊन पुढे जर  त्याच Noun / Pronoun बद्दल माहिती सांगत असेल तर, Singular Subject. येऊन verb देखील Singular येत असते. जसे की -

〉 As आणि so च्या पुढे जर Degree use
  करावी लागली तर Ist Degree 【Positive

〉 एखाद्या वाक्यामध्ये all, any, only, such, same, superlative degree,  it is /it was.  + Noun आले तर त्यानंतर  Relative Pronoun म्हणून that चा वापर होतो. जसे-

〉 Month च्या पूर्वी A चा वापर होतो व annum च्या पूर्वी Per चा वापर  होतो. जसे-

〉 Many a boy/girl/man/student नंतर singular verb - is/has/v, मध्ये s/es चा वापर होतो आणि Past मध्ये was चा वापर होतो. जसे की

〉 'Data' noun  Plural अनेकवचनात  येतो. आणि त्याचा Singular एकवचन Datum आहे. जसे की -

〉 'Media'   हा noun अनेकवचनी   आणि त्याचा Singular  एकवचन Medium आहे. जसे की-

〉 Force चा अर्थ  मजबूर करणे, दबाव  टाकणे असा होतो तर Forces चा अर्थ सैन्याच्या तुकड्या असा होतो. जसे-

» The forces have come.
   सैन्याच्या तुकड्या या अर्थाने वापर.

〉 ‘Index-【निर्देशांक,दर्शक पुस्तकाच्या शेवटी येणारी सूची’】 या noun चे अनेकवचन ‘indices' असे आहे जसे-

» Index has been shown.
   एकवचनी नही म्हणून वापर
» Indices have been shown.
   अनेकवचनी नही म्हणून वापर

〉 Quarter चा अर्थ चौथा भाग असा होतो, तर Quarters चा अर्थ राहण्याची जागा. 【Building】 असा होतो. जसे-

» My cousin lives in the quarters.

〉 Pain चा अर्थ वेदना असा होतो, तर Pains चा अर्थ कष्ट  ,जास्त लक्ष देणे 【a great care】 असा होतो. जसे की-

〉 Earning चा अर्थ कमाई , मिळकत, उत्पन्न असा होतो, तर earnings चा अर्थ बचत केलेला पैसा ,मेहनताना असा होतो. जसे की-

〉 Return चा अर्थ परत येणे असा होतो, तर returns  चा अर्थ परतावा, फायदा 【Profit】 असा होतो. जसे की

〉 Cloths चा अर्थ कच्चे कापड, न शिवलेले कपडे असा होतो, तर clothes चा अर्थ शिवलेले कपडे readymade garments असा होतो. जसे की-

〉 Accident चा अर्थ दुर्घटना असा होतो,
  incident चा अर्थ घटना असा होतो. जसे की-

〉 Air चा अर्थ हवा जी Atmosphere मध्ये असते आणि wind चा अर्थ वाहणारी हवा, जी जाणवते. जसे की -

〉 News  हे noun 【बातमी】 एक वचन  आहे आणि त्याचे अनेकवचन Tidings 【बातम्या】 होतो. जसे की -

〉 Rich चा अर्थ खूप श्रीमंत / धनवान  होतो, तो Adjective आहे  तर riches चा अर्थ, श्रीमंती,  असा अनेकवचनी Noun च्या रुपात केला जातो. जसे की -

» Riches ruin man's life.

〉 Spectacle चा अर्थ दृष्य असा होतो आणि spectacles चा noun अर्थ चष्मा जो अनेकवचन असतो. जसे की -

〉 Valuable चा अर्थ मौल्यवान असा होतो. जे 【Adj.】 आहे आणि valuables या Noun चा अर्थ मौल्यवान वस्तू असा होतो व तो अनेक वचनी असतो. जसे की -

   Adjective म्हणून वापर
» I bought some valuables.
   Noun म्हणून वापर

〉 Brother-in-laws अयोग्य आहे तर Brothers-in-law हे योग्य आहे In-law मध्ये कधीही S येत नाही कारण सासुरवाडी एकच असते, तर मेहुणे मात्र अनेक असू शकतात. जसे की -

» I met my brothers-in-law. ✓

〉 'one' चा वापर day/ week/month/year/ summer/winter etc. या नामाच्या पूर्वी केला जाऊ शकतो, जो त्यादिवशी / त्या वेळी होणाऱ्या एखादया घटनेच्या संदर्भात असतो. जसे की-

» One night there was a terrible storm.
» One day Ravana came to Sita's
   cottage.

〉 Let नंतर नेहमी  Objective pronoun चा वापर होतो, पण conjunction/ linker असलेल्या case मध्ये let नंतर subjective pronoun  यायला हवे. जसे -

〉 ज़र article 【a/an】 नंतर verb चा वापर noun च्या रूपात असते V1 +ing use करावे, कारण  ते वाक्यात noun चे काम करत असते . जसे की -

〉 ज़र Possessive case जसे my/our/ your / his/her /their आले आणि त्यानंतर verb use करायला सांगितले तर त्यामध्ये V1 + ing चा वापर होतो कारण possessive case आपल्या सोबत noun घेते आणि V1+ ing जो शब्द 1 असतो तो Noun असतो. जसे की -

〉 Any नंतर other चा वापर होतो. जसे की -

〉 Exceed नंतर more than येत नाही. जसे

〉 Lest सोबत not येत नाही  कारण  Lest चा अर्थ असे होऊ नये या अर्थाने अगोदरच negative असते. जसे-

〉 Too नंतर unpleasant गोष्ट यायला हवी.

〉 Autobiography 【आत्मचरित्र】 च्या पूर्वी my कधीही यायला नको कारण आत्मचरित्र हे स्वतः  ज्याने लिहिले त्या व्यक्तीचे असते. जसे की -

〉 Unless, until, till, never, forbid / forbade, hardly, scarcely, few, little, nothing, nobody, no one, none, nowhere, too, lest, seldom, barely, rarely, deny, ban, refuse, both असणाऱ्या वाक्यात do not/does not/did not चा वापर करू नये. जसे -

〉 A.M नंतर morning शब्द येत नाही P.M. च्यानंतर evening / night शब्द येत नाही. जसे की -

〉 Reason सोबत because/ as/ since वापरू नये, कारण reason चा अर्थ स्वतः कारण 【because】 असतो. जसे -

〉 Float चा अर्थ तरंगणे ,पोहणे होतो, जो की non-  living 【निर्जिव नाम, सर्वनाम】 याच्यासाठी होतो आणि swim चा अर्थ पोहणे असा होतो, जो living  सजीव नाम, सर्वनाम यांच्यासाठी होतो. जसे की-

〉 Sink किंवा sank चा अर्थ बुडणे, बुडाले असा होतो, जो की निर्जीवसाठी असतो. Drown' चा अर्थ बुडणे, बुडविणे असा होतो, जो सजीवासाठी use होतो. जसे की -

〉 Criteria मध्ये कधीही 'S लागत नाहीं कारण स्वतःच अनेकवचन आहे. त्याचे एकवचन Singular 'criterion' आहे. जसे -

〉 प्रतिदिन/प्रति आठवडा/प्रति किलो/किमत किंवा दरासाठी 'a' या article चा वापर केला जातो. 'one चा वापर केला जात नाही'. जसे की -

〉 'Formula'  या नामाचे (noun) चे अनेकवचन
  Formulas / farmulea असे होते. जसे की -

〉 Preposition 'on' चा वापर माणूस पायी येत किंवा जात असेल तर केला जातो. जसे

〉 'Corrigenda 【दुरुस्त करण्याची गोष्ट, विशेषत: छापील पुस्तकातील त्रुटी'】 हे noun अनेकवचन आहे आणि त्याचे Singular noun एकवचन ‘corrigendum' आहे. जसे

〉 Absorbed in = very much interested

● Absorb सोबत in हे preposition वापरले जाते at नाही.

〉 Accuse  सोबत of वापरला जातो for नाही

〉 Afraid सोबत of वापरला जातो  from नाही

〉 Accustomed सोबत to,येतो with येत
  नाही.

〉 Hyphenated noun does not have plural form. 【संयोग चिन्हाने जोडलेली नामे कधीही अनेकवचनी लिहिली जात नाहीत.】

   【पाचशे रुपायांच्या नोटा या अर्थाने वापर】

● खालील नामे Luggage /Baggage / Breakage / Advice/Furniture/ Information/Scenery/Poetry/Work/Soap/Food/Bread/Fish/Paper/Machinery etc. Uncountable आहेत आणि सामान्यतः एकवचनी  स्वरूपातच वापरले जातात. Indefinite articles "a किंवा an" त्यांच्यासोबत वापरता येत नाही व त्यांना अनेकवचनी रूप नसते.

〉 काही नामे जसे “News, Mathematics,
  Ethics, Politics, Phonetics,
  Economics,Statistics, Measles,
  Mumps, Rickets, Billiards,Innings"
  अनेकवचनी दिसतात परंतु अर्थाने मात्र
  एकवचनी असतात. म्हणुन त्यासोबत येणारे
  क्रियापद देखील एकवचनी वापरले जाते.

〉 ज्या विषयांच्या  नावाच्या  शेवटी ICS  असतो अशा विषयांच्या नामाआधी जर Possessive Adjective जसे my, our, your his, her,their such, the असेल तर येणारे क्रियापद हे अनेकवचनी असते. कारण त्यातून गुणांचा बोध होतो.

〉 नाम व सर्वनामाबद्दल विशेष माहीती सांगणारा शब्द म्हणजे Adjective 【विशेषण】 होय. Adjective चा क्रम खालील पद्धतीने दर्शविला जातो.
